Do you offer pre-paid funerals
come and talk to us At Agincourt Family Funerals we work in partnership with families to find the perfect pre payment plan for them. One that siuts both their funeral and cost requirements to enable us to do that we work across a number of external companies. These funerals can range from the individual who wants no fuss, to a premium funeral with extra limousines to transport your extended family .You can choose between cremation and burial .
What happens when we take someone in our care?
Your love one will be brought into our care by our dedicated team of opperatives and cared for with respect and dignity .whilst the funeral is planed and onwards untill the day of the funeral. .
The packages on you site don't meet my needs can I change them ?
Yes .All our packages have been designed as a starting point for discussion ,giving you a guide line of what you may want for your loved one and an estimate of the costs you may encure .We are happy to assist you in arranging a bespoke funeral that will meet your individual your requirements. Costing information for a bespoke funeral can be discussed in our braches ,to provide you with the most accurate estimate.
What happens to ashes?
After the cremation the ashes will be collected on your behalf and either delivered to the family or stored at one of our offices untill it is convenient for you to collect until you are ready to take them into your own care. There may be a charge for storage ,please ask about this in our branch
What do i do if my funds are limited
All costings on funerals now have to be fully transparant under the CMA order so you will be advised of your possible out lay from the start.In certain cases there is additional help from organisations or the DWP . Please talk to your funeral arranger about these options
Do you provide a designated funeral arranger so that you are speaking to the same person each time?
Yes we do, Every family will have a named contact arranger , whom they should be able to make direct contact with each time they call or pop into branch, we feel this gives a more personal service at your familys tie of need .We also offer a home visit system to arrange funerals too to enable you to plan your loved ones funeral in the comfort of your own home. We find this benificial for the less able or for larger families who may all want to be part of the arranging processs.
Do we have to have the coffin on offer in a certain package?
No,The coffin included in the package is a good standard basic coffin However we have a wide range of coffins available .Pictures/Prices of which can be advised of in branch , this extra cost will be discussed with you depending your choice
How does a pre-paid funeral plan work?
At present we are reviewing what services various companies have on offer.We are not currently conected to any company providing these services .
