What an amazing team. Agincourt is caring, thoughtful and provides extraordinary customer care at a time when your mind is anywhere but this. It is enormously difficult when grieving to handle a funeral, but with these folks helping it feels much less stressful.
Every detail was considered, and questions were answered immediately - either via e-mail or a follow up phone call.
I thoroughly recommend Agincourt. They are a family-owned business, and they look after their customers as if they were friends.
They were very helpful and accommodating in arranging the basic funeral and kindly accepted part payment until funds could be released.

From beginning to end their help and compassion for my loss was just wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble, anything I asked was always answered, on the day their team were amazing, well turned out, and so very kind. They returned me to my house for the wake without any trouble and I would recommend Agincourt Family Funerals to anyone who asked me.

Every nuance and every detail was taken care of by Agincourt. The best customer service I have seen in any industry. Very respectful with a personal touch. It was pre-paid 2 years before needed and Francis still remembered every detail including my name when I called back.
