Affordable Burials

Our burial packages are transparent and the cost of a complete funeral including all the essential elements as listed below.

Prices that are not included are the fees for the purchasing of the grave, opening the graves, headstones and church fees as these vary from every local authority.

As an independent funeral director, we are not governed by a head office and can be flexible when discussing your budget and requirements.

COVID 19 UPDATE

 The changing legislation with regard  to Covid-19 and funerals means that the number of attendees may change at the last minute.  Face masks are to be worn at all funerals and it is not possible to have family bearers at the current time.  Viewings of the deceased is also not available at the current time. 

TUDOR PACKAGE     £2905

This is the service at the graveside conducted by a minister or celebrant with no previous church service.

• Collection of the deceased and transfer into our care

• Care of the deceased including washing and dressing.

• A fully lined oak veneer coffin with gold effect handles and a brass effect name plate

• Funeral Director and Four Professional Bearers attendance on the day  (extra charges for additional bearers)

• Professional Fees

The fees for the cemetery, church fees, cost of the grave etc are not included within the price as these vary significantly across the areas that we cover. We will advise on these fees at the time of consultation

 STUART PACKAGE   £3155

This package covers a service in a church of your choice followed by a burial

• Collection of the deceased and transfer into our care 

• Care of the deceased including washing and dressing.

SURCHARGES

For journeys other than to the family home and then direct to the place of burial, there will be some additional costs to cover additional mileage.  In London we also need to apply the congestion charge to our services as appropriate as funeral cars are not exempt.
